Prompt service, great people I brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 in for a software recall. The service rep took my car in at my exact appointment time and then showed me the facilities available while I was waiting. He said the car would be ready in less than an hour and it was ready in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy with the people, the service, and the facility. although I purchased my car elsewhere, I always try to have it serviced at Mazda of Roswell. They are very professional and courteous. I wish I could recall the young service Representatives name but I can't. And I'm not near my paperwork to look it up. He was very professional and I enjoyed working with him. In order to finish the survey, I had to select a name so I selected Nicholas but you should look at the service order to see who was my service rep that day. He was great. More
Feels Like a Cumbersome Process to Customers Everyone we met was friendly and well intentioned. The sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle in which we had interest. The test drive was great and not hurried in any way. When going through the sales process there were too many times when we felt like we were sitting and waiting for something to happen/print/get approved/etc. Not necessary. It appears that the sales people have no authority to make any decisions on their own which makes the process slower than needed. The discussion around price was strange and unlike any other car I have ever purchased. We arranged for delivery on a weekday at noon. We arrived at 11:50 and the sales person didn't show until about 12:20. Even then, the paperwork and documents for signing needed to be "loaded" for our review and signature. Not user friendly or necessary. Should have been ready to go and handled whether the sales person was there or not. Once everything was signed the dealership spent whatever time we needed to go through all the controls on the car. Very helpful and well done. A person checked with us a day later and told us to call with any questions. Very nice. More
I hate being lied to I had an appointment at 9:00 am. for a routine oil change. I dropped the car off the night before. When I got to the dealer to get my car at 5:00 pm, I had an appointment at 9:00 am. for a routine oil change. I dropped the car off the night before. When I got to the dealer to get my car at 5:00 pm, I was lied to and told they would need to locate my keys. Turns out, my oil change had not even been started. Rather than being honest with me, the girl lied and said she she didn’t know where my keys are. The service manager was very helpful. He apologized and was very nice. More

Ok not great. Car was dropped off at 8 am and was not completed by 5pm as agreed Had to leave car and accept rental.
