Overbooked and underwhelming I have my vehicles serviced by dealerships of that brand. I also made the mistake of prepaying for multiple services with Mazda, because I would break I have my vehicles serviced by dealerships of that brand. I also made the mistake of prepaying for multiple services with Mazda, because I would break that rule otherwise. Took a week and a half to get an appointment (other dealerships in the area handle same day service with no problem). Does not offer loaner vehicles or a shuttle service (other dealerships in the area offer both). Charges a ridiculous amount to detail or wash during service (other dealerships in the area detail for reasonable amounts and wash for free with service). Did not address all problems I reported with the vehicle. And even if none of that bothered me, I've lost count of how many times I've been pestered about leaving a review for the dealership on this website or that one. If you have to beg for the review, chances are it's not going to be a good one. More

Great service I came in ready to buy a car but not desperately in need of one. Feroze was kind enough to take me out on a test drive on 2 separate occasions and tho I came in ready to buy a car but not desperately in need of one. Feroze was kind enough to take me out on a test drive on 2 separate occasions and thoroughly explained all of the different accessories and services that came with it to make sure I was getting the car I wanted. I ended up purchasing the car on my second visit back very late at night. Feroze and Anthony were both extremely kind in accommodating the late hour which was past their closing time and made the process quick and painless. After making my purchase I realized that the car did not have XM radio as I had been previously told it did. This was not an issue though because Paula made sure to get an appointment set up for me as soon as possible to come get the radio installed at no additional cost. The process as a whole was very quick and easy and the customer service was great. Thanks! More
