Overall Good Experience Terry was very helpful during my buying process. Overall the process was quick and easy and at a fair price. He got us in and out and even kept my girls occupied with entertainment. My only complaint was that I did not find out until leaving that the service department only had me sitting on an empty tank. Terry tried to make it right, but ended up only being able to put $20 in the vehicle which was almost halfway gone by the time I drove back home (I live an hour and 15 minutes away). Overall I would recommend the dealership. No pressure from financing or forcing warranties down your throat. I was just disappointed about my car not having a full tank of gas. More
Ok service for multi-Mazda family Decided to give Roswell Mazda a shot with a recent purchase we made out of state for our third Mazda. Overall I think it was an OK experience, but saw some oddities throughout the day including some employees having an argument on the floor (just made me uncomfortable) and just others walking around and looking bored. For the experience on my service, the timing went a little longer than expected and Got conflicting updates… At one point my car was to be ready after the last job, which turned into my car will not be ready until this other job was completed and became confused why I wasn’t getting the straight story. Overall I’ll give it four stars but not sure I’ll make it my go to service spot and will continue to use Jim Ellis for most of my dealer service. By far they run a more professional service center in my opinion. More

The car we purchased was literally brand new stock and had not yet been processes and prepped for sale, so it took some time for the sale to be finalized. While we waited, Deanthony made sure to keep us updated on the progress step by step. We never had to hunt somebody down to ask what was going on or how long this was going to take. Everyone at the dealership was so friendly, professional, and patient with us and our 4 month old puppy that had to travel with us because we live nearly 2 hours away and could not leave her home alone. The price that my husband was quoted when he first inquired about buying this car never increased. Everything included in the price was clearly detailed. Signing the papers was so simple and did not take long at all. Thank you so much for a good experience! It was definitely worth driving from Rome to Roswell to buy this car. More

Sandra provided the longest and most comprehensive test drive I have experienced buying any car in my life, which was awesome to get to know the features of the vehicle and to make me feel comfortable with the car. It is a great vehicle and I have really enjoyed driving it so far. Very professional and fair purchase process. Everything was presented in a transparent manner and was handled efficiently. I fully recommend Sandra and Mazda of Roswell. More
