Suddenly whe I started the car after stopping for an errand, the navigational system was simply trying to My Mazda CX-5 Everything was working fine. Suddenly whe I started the car after stopping for an errand, the navigational system was simply trying to load and would not load. Connor from customer service took out the sad card , checked the serial number against 5 known defective cards and determined that my card was good.
