He started talking about LTV etc when all I wanted was to make an informed decision about weather to buy used or get a better vehicle new at the attractive financing option. He seemed exasperated at my question and when I decided to explain it visually on a piece of paper he found it condescending. A finance manager who can't answer a basic financing question. I guess he believes that if he doesn't know the answer he needs to get aggressive. I told him he lost a potential 24K sale based on his attitude, and he had the audacity to tell me that he probably wouldn't sell me a car anyway! I hope the owner of this franchise reads this, so that some retraining is done in customer service. For all reading this there are other options in Atlanta if you want to buy a Mazda. Thank goodness there are competitors that provide choices for the consumer. More

Since we have only had the car for a week, it's difficult to give a thorough review. That being said, overall we would recommend Mazda of Roswell. Our salesman, Phil, is a nice guy and seemed fairly knowledgeable in answering questions. The finance guy, Otis, didn't push me to buy a bunch of extra things and got me through the process without tricks. I've always found that the finance department is where you usually run into red flags. Again, my review is based only on the process up to service. We did have a little interaction with the service dept., since they had to prep the car. Overall, they seem like up front guys. Time will tell, but for now, thumbs up! More
