I am so sorry for any confusion you had during the purchase process. When you emailed us that you had a letter from Mazda for an additional rebate that clearly stated it could be combined with the normal owner loyalty we had no reason to doubt you and fully expected to honor it when you arrived. Unfortunately when you arrived it expressed that it could not be combined with any private offers and you did not have a valid insurance to qualify for either loyalty promotions. We were able to get special permission from Mazda due to your unique circumstance with the expired registration but they refused to combine those two incentives. We would have loved to have your business. We do hope that you are enjoying your new car and hope that after some time you will understand that our hands were tied. We also hope that you will consider servicing with us or returning the next time you are in the market for a vehicle..
