The worst thing a dealer has ever done to me Was in the day prior for the vehicle I drove 5 hrs to see . The next morning I was pre approved first thing , on the phone 3 way with the bank and was the car is mine. I then called one last time before leaving out thank god I did before driving hours I had. 3 pm appointment and had hours to drive which they knew but was answer by the words the car has been sold and hung up on. Even the bank said that was the worst customer service. I am a military servicemen and serve this country currently and can't believe what's happening to this country in which we fight for, please seek another dealership for this could happen to you. More
Great place, great people I had a great experience at Mazda of Roswell. My boyfriend who was recently paralyzed was looking for used cars and ended up getting in over his head I had a great experience at Mazda of Roswell. My boyfriend who was recently paralyzed was looking for used cars and ended up getting in over his head and offering to buy a car off of impulse (which was not a mazda). Our sales man (Nate) was amazing and we were convinced we were doing the right thing. After sleeping on it, he realized he wasn't ready for a car like that and instantly starting to regret signing for it. We went back in the next morning ready to beg...not only did they allow us to change our mind, they gave us our deposit back for the car. Knowing that they don't ever do stuff like this, we know how much they really looked after us, from beginning to end. When we are ready to seriously look for a car, Mazda of Roswell will definitely be the first stop we make. Truly great, stand up people! More
Great experience for first-time buyer Mazda of Roswell was recommended to me by a friend, and because of the great experience I had, I have already recommended it to others. What I really Mazda of Roswell was recommended to me by a friend, and because of the great experience I had, I have already recommended it to others. What I really appreciated about Mazda of Roswell was the fact that they didn't try to manipulate or push me. As a first-time buyer, I was wary of the stereotypical car salesman approach but was pleasantly surprised by how different Mazda of Roswell was. Working with Jackie Jabbary was a pleasure. She was very considerate and seemed to really want to make sure that all my needs were met. She was patient and didn't try to pressure me, which I really appreciated. Also, she was great about answering all of my questions and walking me through the entire process. My only suggestion for improvement is making the internet pricing on the mobile site more clear. When I first viewed my car on Mazda of Roswell's mobile site, it listed the internet price which was significantly lower than the MSRP. However, when I arrived at the dealership, they said that the internet price was only valid if you qualified for certain rebates--a detail that wasn't explained on the mobile site. Going back to the mobile site, I saw that a different page (once you clicked through) mentioned that the internet price was "as low as" what was listed. Because the "as low as" part wasn't mentioned on the initial page, I felt that it was misleading. Overall, I highly recommend Mazda of Roswell and was very pleased with my experience! More

I paid 25,623.92 even though I had asked about any deals or incentives before we sat down. Extremely un-ethical. Yesterday I received an email from Ed Burgess. At the time I had no idea who he was. I'm still not positively sure who he is. His e-mail sounded like it was from the night watchman. More
Was he selling a car or inflating his ego? I think I can best help you understand what a miserable experience working with Aaron Gillison, Jr. was by using quotes. Is this the type of salespers I think I can best help you understand what a miserable experience working with Aaron Gillison, Jr. was by using quotes. Is this the type of salesperson or Mazda Dealership that you want to work with? "I won't toot my horn too much but you may want to check out the reviews online. I am the #1 Mazda sales person in the Region for a reason and Mazda pays me to work the autoshow each year because I know our product and our competitors." Aaron "...you could just as easily come here for a better Mazda experience..." Aaron "My whole job is knowing the product and making sure you have a great experience. Which kind of sucks because since this job change I'll lose my #1 sales person in the the SOuthEast Region title here soon. But now I get to work with every customer not just the ones I initiate contact with." Aaron "My wife is a secret shopper and every Mazda dealer she has gone to has failed that question." Aaron "it may help you to see them again and meet with someone who knows both vehicles before deciding." Aaron "I am not sure I agree with any of those statements but you have the right to them." Aaron "I don't know if you have recognized this yet but all the information you have read and received as well as what i have been telling you are only deflated by what appears to be a weak test drive experience at your local Mazda dealer. I warned of that before you went there." Aaron "We can all sell the car for the same price but I bring more product knowledge and a more informative purchase to the table." Aaron "My goal is to make sure that your experience with us is the best that you have had thus far. So again, if there is anything that you may need before you guys come to a final decision do not hesitate to let me know." Jasmin "Can I get someone else besides Aaron to work with? There is a big difference between being a good salesperson and someone who knows everything. I need the former, not the later, to speak with. I need someone who is willing to work with me, not argue with me." Me "I am sorry if you are getting offended by Jasmin not responding to you. I am the Internet Manager so there is not much she can add if you do not want to sepak with me." Aaron I also contacted Mazda regarding this and finally received a response from them on 4/30. I will be curious to see if they care how their customers feel about salespeople who belittle others to make themselves seem taller. We had a saying for this in my industry, we call it "Little Man Disease." It is my opinion this salesperson has it bad. More
Refreshing, Kind, Honest, Quick This was my second visit to Roswell Mazda Service. On both occasions, I was greeted with a smile and professionalism and amazing service! Everything w This was my second visit to Roswell Mazda Service. On both occasions, I was greeted with a smile and professionalism and amazing service! Everything was explained to me up front... and there were no surprises. Brandon and Jonathon went out of their way to make me feel at ease about what my car needed, why, how much it would cost and how long it would take. Then they went beyond the call of duty and shared some great service numbers for roadside assistance and bluetooth assistance since this is a brand new car for me. I don't remember the mechanics name, but he even talked to me and explained the process and what the best route for me to take in servicing my car. I just felt that they genuinely cared for me, my car and my satisfaction. Refreshing! Even though they are not the closest dealer to me.... they have me for life! Sincerely, Ann Williams More
Very Pleased All Around My wife&I had searched several weeks on a new car finally settling on a 14 Camry SE Sport. We live in Tallahassee,Fl but went with a dealer in Atl due to pricing so I booked a one way flight a week out to pick up the car. I had some time to search for a option I might have missed so I looked at the 14 Mazda 6 Touring w/t the options and color desired and found it at Mazda of Roswell. I contacted the dealership and Aaron Gillison Jr called me to discuss my options immediately after I sent in the internet sales inquiry. I went over the deal w/t the Camry and he immediately started praising the attributes of the 6 Touring vs the Camry from top to bottom. I was very impressed w/t his knowledge as well as his belief in the Mazda brand. I told him price was also a factor and in true Aaron form he again broke down the features I was getting for the money besting the Camry in every area. I was now leaning heavily toward the 6 and gave him a final payment I would do and guess what in again true Aaron form he went to his upper mgmt. and got to the payment. I flew in yesterday late afternoon and was picked up by Keith Thomas the Sales Mgr as I found out Aaron was off for the evening but he set up the pickup w/t Keith and made sure through text msg that I was picked up and made it in safely. I was also impressed w/t Keith as he took very good care of me making sure all questions were answered and that I was satisfied w/t the 6 after a brief test drive. I signed paperwork and off I went in my BEAUTIFUL 14 Mazda 6 Touring in Liquid Silver the perfect color for this car. I text Aaron on my way home last night to thank him for all he had done he was very kind and we had a nice text correspondence on my way out of Atl late last night. He text me this morning to make sure I got home safely which meant more than he will ever know. I have dealt with many sales reps over the past 25 yrs of buying cars and Aaron is without a doubt in the top three as I don't put them in order in that top tier. I will be sending him friends and family on their car needs as I know he will treat them as he treated me like family. I would highly encourage you to let Aaron work on your behalf on any vehicle needs you might have as I will give him the first crack at our future automobile needs going forward. More

On Saturday we contacted a sales person by email and inquired about t These people are CROOKS!! We saw a vehicle on line in which we were interested. On Saturday we contacted a sales person by email and inquired about the vehicle. The young lady was helpful and prompt to return our email. We were unable to come see the vehicle on the Saturday we asked about the car. The sales person asked about setting up a "VIP Appointment" to view the car. The dealership is closed on Sunday. After taking Monday off from work to go see the vehicle, we called the dealership first thing to ask if the car was still available. It was. So we set up the " VIP Appointment " to view the vehicle at 4pm that afternoon. We live 2 and a half hours away from the Atlanta area dealership so when I called first thing Monday morning I wanted to make sure that I had first crack at this car. I made it clear that I didn't want to drive over 120 miles and have the vehicle gone when I arrived. Furthermore I added that if the vehicle presented itself in person as it did from the on line pictures and description, that we would be bringing the vehicle home with us. The sales person put me on hold to clear it with her manager. She came back and told me that I was the first person to set up an appointment to view the car. She assured me that even if other appointments were made to see the car I would have first shot. I told her that we would arrive at 4pm. As we were driving to see the car, and about 20 minutes away having been on the road for 2 hours. I received a phone call to inform me that they had just sold the car I was en route to view. I couldn't believe it. The very thing I called to make sure didn't happen, did. I asked to speak to the Sales Manager about this. Instead I got the idiot Internet Manager. I was so angry about what transpired during our conversation, I forgot his name. Anyway, he said the "mix up" was all my fault. He started talking about I should have put a $5000 non-refundable deposit down on the car. I told him that I hadn't even seen the vehicle. Then he said that I should have bought the car over the phone to insure that no one else bought it. I have been buying cars for over 45 years and I have NEVER heard of anything like that before. I understand about leaving a deposit to hold the car, but NEVER $5000 and NEVER non-refundable. Then he said that the people who were buying the car hadn't "officially written them the check" and if I wanted to pay more for the car than the asking price agreed to by the other party, that he would "hold" the car if I paid either the $5000 non-refundable Deposit" or purchase the car over the phone while I was driving down the road. I couldn't believe it. After making me drive 120 miles for nothing, ignoring my VIP Appointment, screwing me out of the car, this dealership was perfectly willing to screw another customer at their dealership who was in the process of buying that vehicle just to make a few dollars more. After all this, I had to listen to the IDIOT Internet Manager tell me how all this was my fault. I did everything I was asked to do to try by this dealer to view this car. I made sure that this situation could be avoided by calling ahead and scheduling an appointment like I was asked. I even had things cleared by the Sales Manager, but to no avail. And to add insult to injury this dealership keeps contacting me about buying a car from them. Not a chance in xxxx. More
One of the many sales people I dealt with in hunting for my new Mazda 6 was thru Aaron Gillison, Jr,. This guy is the best car salesman I have ever known. From the moment i was car shopping online and co my new Mazda 6 was thru Aaron Gillison, Jr,. This guy is the best car salesman I have ever known. From the moment i was car shopping online and communicated with Aaron, every single email I sent to him was responded back to in a quick and professional manner. He was not only helpful in answering all the questions I asked him, but did so kindly and thoroughly. Even though I probably deserved for him to tell me to go elsewhere, he treated me with the highest regard and professionalism unmatched by any other sales person I've ever come across. He showed a sincere genuine interest in getting me the best possible Internet deal and never did try forcing me to call him. So many other sales people I was dealing with online tried hard to get me to call and did not want to waste there time with me via email. Many did not respond to my requests or took forever to get back with me. Not so with Aaron. He patiently stayed with me the whole way responding to all my many emails back and forth. If you want someone that wants the best for you in the purchase of your Mazda and will strive to do all he can to make it happen, please give Aaron a call and then ask to deal only with him from start to finish. Just look at all the other reviews for Aaron and you won't be disappointed! I've bought many new cars in my lifetime and dealing with Mr. Gillison was truly the best experience I've ever had in the purchase of a new car. Thank you Aaron! More
As a woman, you have to look out for those who attempt to take advantage of you by over charging and/or performing/not performing services. That is not my experience with Mazda of Roswell. Although I did n take advantage of you by over charging and/or performing/not performing services. That is not my experience with Mazda of Roswell. Although I did not purchase my CX7 from them in 2006, I have always brought it to them with few exceptions. I have the utmost confidence in their service and character. They've taken good care of me and my CX7 for a number of years now. I look forward to continuing my service relationship with them for my new CX9 (but I don't expect to see them very much). Mazda puts out a great product. Mazda of Roswell is staffed with great people. I highly recommend their service department. More
