Hi, everyone was very friendly and helpful in the purchase of my new Mazda. I told them upfront what I was trying to do and where I stood financially and they came back after running the numbers and purchase of my new Mazda. No messing around with can you pay this price or can you go up to this or any of that nonsense. They simply showed me what was possible for the vehicle I was buying and they got the number to a payment I told them I was comfortable making from the very beginning. No hassle, no headaches. We got to talking about Kansas basketball and KC Chiefs football as though we had know each other for ages. I'll be bringing a friend to visit them soon for his new car purchase. I went on a test drive with him, and his knowledge of the vehicle was unmatched because he has clearly spent a lot of time with these cars and owned a few himself. When someone believes in what they're selling enough to buy one, that goes a long way! I did have to wait a bit when I first got to the dealer for my appointment, but everyone else was helpful and the dealership itself is very nice and clean. Overall, it was a great experience and nothing like the horrible "stealership" stories you always hear about. More

I came to Mazda of Roswell looking for a new car. My Fiancee and I had just had our car totaled and needed a car. I first went to Jim Ellis in Marietta because it was close to home but I Did not like my experience their. They kept pushing me to buy a car that I didn't want, with options that I didn't need. I had a payment range I wanted to stay in and they where trying to exceed it by $100 dollars more a month. So I came to Mazda of Roswell and let me tell you It was the most wonderful experience I have had car shopping in a Long time. Dan met me and my Fiancee on the lot with a handshake and a smile. He greeted us as though we where friends and not a customers. He took my Fiancee and Myself inside of the dealership and asked us questions, lots of them. He wanted to know everything about why we needed a car, what we where looking for in a car, and what type of car we where looking for. He took us out on the lot and showed us several vehicles based on the info we gave him. He let us test drive the cars to get a feel for them, answering questions the whole way with a nice kind of professionalism. In the end we settled on a CX9 as it gave us the size, space, and versatility we needed for our family. He introduced us to Keith Thomas, Brandon Young in service, and even the owner. I would truely like to thank all of them for helping out with our car purchase and I would recommend them to anyone who was looking to buy a car, especially a Mazda. More

I purchased a used Miata in 2012 as a third vehicle and have been getting it serviced by Roswell Mazda ever since. I've had problems with other dealership's service in the past which often will drive me c have been getting it serviced by Roswell Mazda ever since. I've had problems with other dealership's service in the past which often will drive me completely away from the brand. However, at Rowell Mazda, the opposite has occurred. All of the service guys have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with, to the point that I am seriously considering trading in my Toyota for another Mazda just so I can deal exclusively with the service guys at Roswell Mazda for all my car issues. When I went to pick up the Mazda 6, everything was well organized and all paperwork and payment went smoothly and quickly. In addition, Aaron explained the car features with me in the car using the Mazda 6 booklet so he could point everything out to me and proceed in a methodical way. Priced a Mazda 3 0n may 11,2013. Price was excellent,wanted to leave a small deposit to hold car until I could get my own financing. This was unexceptable had to put down 1000.00,which I did. 3 days later rec'd word my daughter gave birth to a baby boy. At the birth she suffered a brain bleed and under went neuro surgery. My wife was all ready in London with my daughter. I flew to the UK the next day. and returned on May 30. The dealer called ,I said I was still interested in the car but didn't know when I could complete the deal. Got word yesterday my daughter was transferred to a rehab hospital from A month in ICU. She will be in that facility for at least another 4 to 6 weeks.No movement in her left leg or arm and a mild case of Bell's palsy.She will need 24 care at home and care for the baby. Today I called the dealer and told him I'm going back to London to take care of my daughter and help my wife. I would not need the car and when I got back in August I would come in and remake a deal and asked for my 1000.00 back. I was told the car was considered sold and it was now a used car and could only be sold as used. Car was never titled to me I paid no tax any other money. I have only seen the car once on May 11. They would give me a credit for the money if I bought another car at a later date,NO REFUND. I have called my bank and protested the charge. Would you buy a car from this dealer.There was no point buying the car because my wife and myself will be away until august at the earlist and why make payment on a car sitting in my drive way More
