I didn't buy a car from this dealership, but I sure wanted to. We ultimately decided on a Ford Flex--it was just a better fit for our family. Manager Sheldon gave me a very fair quote on my trade, and was respectful of my time. Finance Manager Mac was a pleasure to work with. The only reason I give four stars instead of five is that I don't feel I can accurately assess what it's like to buy a car from them. Did a lot of research, visited several dealerships for test drives, and then emailed a variety of dealerships all over the state of GA to get the most competitive price. I was shocked and appalled by the test drives, and then emailed a variety of dealerships all over the state of GA to get the most competitive price. I was shocked and appalled by the poor communication skills of so many dealerships. Even dealerships I thought I originally liked, got rude and pushy after a little while. However, Roswell and Aaron were very helpful throughout the entire process. He asked real, logical questions and answered all of my questions. I said I had a busy schedule and only had time to communicate through email, and he respected that. He never asked for my phone number or harassed me with tons of calls like so many other dealerships did. I really appreciated that. When another dealership beat Roswell's lowest price, Aaron wrote me the nicest, most polite email back. I worked with the other dealership for a couple more days, but disliked the way they were handling things and I decided to make my purchase with Roswell. Even though the Roswell dealership was a bit of a drive, it was well worth it. Everyone there was incredibly nice and helpful. Even though I had test driven the Mazda3 multiple times at other dealerships, Aaron sat down and showed me a lot of features about my car that no one had bothered to show or explain earlier. I came back the next day to get the car detailed and worked with the Service Department for the first time. They were all incredibly helpful as well. They even installed a new software update that another dealership had missed. Overall, very impressed. More

This was the BEST experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. The vehicle was exactaly as described and there was NO run around in regards to cost! He was absolutely prompt on responding to my e-mails (I surely sent enough!!)He made me feel like I was the only person buying a car. At NO TIME did I ever feel pressured or intimidated, and I have at other dealers. I felt more like part of the Mazda family, everyone was awesome!! I did my research on cars, dealerships and Sales and I have to say, Mazda of Roswell earned my respect and I look forward to a long relationship with them. Oh well Toyota! As for the car I purchased, I got a Mazda3 hatchback and absolutely LOVE IT!! I commute over 100 miles a day and have been blown away with the gas milage. I am consistantly getting 40-45mpg. The car has been a joy and alot of fun to drive. Awesome get-up and Go....Mazda knows their stuff. More

The service departmentis excellent. We love the schedule of maintenance provided because it lets you know when the maintenance is required and the cost involved. Today I had my MazdaSpeed Miata serviced for a cam timing belt...they promised the car by late afternoon but had it ready by 3 o'clock. Runs like a Swiss watch. Hats off to Corey McAtee as he is a great mechanic and very knowledgable. Jonathan Handman/Service Rep was extremly thorough and very customer service oriented. More
