I normally don't respond back after a review but I received an email concerning your dealership sending me a message on this dealer website. I still stand by what I posted as I was typing on my phone right after I left your dealership. Even with our new cx9 coming up for its first oil change and after receiving a "free one" that was given to me at the time of my "repair", I'd rather pay someone than get treated to another extended waste of an afternoon of incompetence and customer-no service. I have told multiple people what I experienced at your dealership and the interesting thing is this isn't an isolated issue. Judging by the rating you have received compared to other dealerships, you have some problems that need addressing in all areas of your dealership.

Aaron, You must know that none of this had to do with you. You have nothing to apology for. You seem like a very ethical businessman. I am surprised you'd contine to work for Sheldon.I'm not sure what you are referring to when you say, "still trying to replace your old Miata". You guys kept it for the trade in. Sheldon alone could have created a different outcome. The fact that the sales person and Manager were moved to a different dealership is neither here nor there. A business owner is responsible to make right the actions of his employees. If you were us Aaron, What would you want to feel it was resolved?
