Very rude, arrogant and brash. He belittled the young salesman he was training in front of me and would aloofly talk to me through him instead of directly to me. All I got to see was a picture on a cellphone of some numbers with fabricated fees this guys word that he would take some of them off. When I asked for something in writing he said that his word was more valuable than a piece of paper. SMH More
