I had no issues with the service department until I ran into a problem with my car. The service manager, Charlie Maldonado, clearly lacks customer support. I don't know how many times I've reached out to h into a problem with my car. The service manager, Charlie Maldonado, clearly lacks customer support. I don't know how many times I've reached out to him regarding my issue, but most of the time, I cannot get a hold of him. He does not respond to emails nor gives a callback. I just wanted him to update me on the process since I've been waiting for three months already. He does not keep me informed and leaves me hanging without an answer. I am very frustrated. More
