John made my service appointment easy and flawless as it should be. I was looking at a couple of cars while waiting for mines to be done. First time in at Service and Parts Depts. Ricky was incredibly helpful (I even ended up buying a rubber cargo mat and he arranged to have installed for me!!), and Charlie helped coordinate having my ne incredibly helpful (I even ended up buying a rubber cargo mat and he arranged to have installed for me!!), and Charlie helped coordinate having my new CX5 fluids and tire pressure checked in prep for a trip in a few weeks.
