My 1st experience at Mazda at Roswell was excellent. Julia greeted me and was very friendly , professional, and knowledgeable. They were very thorough and the Service was reasonably priced. I brought my car in because of a check engine light and the service department had the car for about 3 weeks. When the car went into service i had a full tank of gas. When I received my Cx-5 back the tank the service department had the car for about 3 weeks. When the car went into service i had a full tank of gas. When I received my Cx-5 back the tank was basically empty. I advised Nicholas about my issue and he only argued that the vehicle wasn’t really drove any where. My problem isn’t the miles they put on it I just wanted someone to put the gas back to where it was or even close to where it was when I brought the car in for service. It seemed as if no one was willing to help in regards to this issue. Bobby did offer to send me some money to replace the gas that was missing but even up until this point he haven’t done that either. I appreciate his offer none the less but my issue no matter how small was still unresolved. More
