Warranty dash screen , wiper recall svc and brakes Screen had an internal crack. Worked with Nicholas. He was very nice . Had warranty svc performed on screen and recall wiper motor replaced. All of that was all done well. Asked to have car washed and vacuumed. Brought me my vehicle covered in pine straw, unwashed and I vacuumed. Granted, it was raining, but they did have the car for well over a week. That was not satisfactory in the least. Said their pressure wash was down. Did not have an excuse for the no vacuuming though. A little disappointed but I couldn't wait around for them to do it. He did say I could bring it back, but it's 25 minutes from home so that's not going to happen. They did provide me a loaner while they had my vehicle, which was great! 4 stars. Would have been 5 had they washed and vacuumed like I asked. More

These guys at Mazda of Roswell rock, they are professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable of not just Mazda, but all brands! I will continue to service my Escalade at Mazda of Roswell! More
Quote not honored I took my CX-9 there twice. Both times they charged a $130 diagnostic fee that DID NOT apply to the repairs even though I had the work done. I’ve neve I took my CX-9 there twice. Both times they charged a $130 diagnostic fee that DID NOT apply to the repairs even though I had the work done. I’ve never had a Mazda service center charge a diagnostic fee if I had the work done. On this last visit they verbally quoted me the same price 3 times for replacement of my 6 fuel injectors which I authorized. When I picked it up they charged the full price quoted all 3 times but had only replaced one injector. They highly recommended all 6 be replaced due to the mileage. Now they say I have to pay almost twice the quoted amount - that’s all they were willing to offer even though they verified the price 3 times with me and did not tell me they were charging the $130 diagnostic fee again until after I paid the bill (they did not list it on the itemized list). They did provide a Loaner which was appreciated. I would have taken my CX-9 to the Mazda Mall of GA where I usually always go, esp since the $$130 diagnostic fee Roswell charges would have not been charged at Mall of GA -and if they had given me what they said was the correct estimate- I definitely would have gone to mall of GA. The reason I took it back is because I thought the problem had to be related to the spark Plugs as Rowell Mazda just a couple days before had replaced all of them when I came to get my head light fixed. In the future I will always make sure I get the quote in writing. Mall of GA Mazda always gives the estimate in writing before beginning service repairs. More
