Programming keyfob I came in to have a key cut for my miata and to have it programmed. They were unable to program it but charged me for it anyway. Check engine My check engine light came on and I needed to get it looked at before my weekend trip. The guys always take care of me and fit me in to their schedule My check engine light came on and I needed to get it looked at before my weekend trip. The guys always take care of me and fit me in to their schedule. The issue turned out to me a gas cap issue caused by the emission test (not done by Mazda of Roswell). They resolved the issue and didn’t charge me. I appreciated their effort and customer service! More
Prompt service, great people I brought my 2018 Mazda CX-5 in for a software recall. The service rep took my car in at my exact appointment time and then showed me the facilities available while I was waiting. He said the car would be ready in less than an hour and it was ready in less than 30 minutes. I was very happy with the people, the service, and the facility. although I purchased my car elsewhere, I always try to have it serviced at Mazda of Roswell. They are very professional and courteous. I wish I could recall the young service Representatives name but I can't. And I'm not near my paperwork to look it up. He was very professional and I enjoyed working with him. In order to finish the survey, I had to select a name so I selected Nicholas but you should look at the service order to see who was my service rep that day. He was great. More
I hate being lied to I had an appointment at 9:00 am. for a routine oil change. I dropped the car off the night before. When I got to the dealer to get my car at 5:00 pm, I had an appointment at 9:00 am. for a routine oil change. I dropped the car off the night before. When I got to the dealer to get my car at 5:00 pm, I was lied to and told they would need to locate my keys. Turns out, my oil change had not even been started. Rather than being honest with me, the girl lied and said she she didn’t know where my keys are. The service manager was very helpful. He apologized and was very nice. More
