Ed, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that the key you purchased online did not work. Nick informed you in advance that this was a risk and the labor cost would apply either way. You approved this but I can understand how spending money twice without ending with a key can cause concern. I did speak with the service manager who agreed to apply the cost of this service towards a new key if you would like to order the correct part through us. please let us know if that will help.
