When he saw that my appointment time was going to run longer than quoted he hooked me up with a loaner car which I greatly appreciated! The work was done as promised and he saw to it that my car was washed...so awesome! He also has a good firm handshake which I value...not many men today know how to give a good handshake and look you in the eye. Conner is killing it! 😀 Excellent experience. More

Amazing Service! I’ve been taking my cx 5 here for oil changes and will never go anywhere else now! This past visit I mentioned my tire pressure sensor light was on. T I’ve been taking my cx 5 here for oil changes and will never go anywhere else now! This past visit I mentioned my tire pressure sensor light was on. They inspected all tires, found 2 nails, and patched them for free! The staff is friendly and I’ve never felt taken advantage of here. More

EXCELLENT SERVICE EXPERIENCE I made an appointment on-line for a required service. The appointment was easy to set up. I got email confirmation of the appointment, and reminders I made an appointment on-line for a required service. The appointment was easy to set up. I got email confirmation of the appointment, and reminders of the appointment. I was greeted by name by the service rep when I arrived at the dealership and was checked in immediately with no hassle or other paperwork. Was told that service would take approximately 45 minutes. Waiting area was pleasant and stocked with coffee and snacks. The service was completed in 45 minutes and I was rapidly checked out. The service rep also provided valuable information on another problem I was having with the key fob for my car (starting the car with dead key fob battery). Outstanding service! More
