2017 Jeep Cherokee 38K miles. Had huge oil puddle in garage after oil change. Took car back next day & tech said was due to poor clean up & didnt effect oil level in car. LIES!! 5 Had huge oil puddle in garage after oil change. Took car back next day & tech said was due to poor clean up & didnt effect oil level in car. LIES!! 5k miles later had oil changed at different dealership & it was a quart low which means you didn't care enough to ensure new filter was firmly in place. You didn't care to check the oil when I brought it back & you didn't care that your ineptness could have damaged my car!! Horrible!!! More

Terrible experience with oil change and recall. Recall took several days to complete. Lack of communication from Shawn during the first day as to what was going on.
