But I had many calls and texts keeping me informed of their progress until things started to open up. After just three days, the car was in their dealership and ready for my pickup. Both Don Bauer and Ronnie Smith were instrumental in taking care of all my requests in a expedite and thorough way. Subsequently, Roy Fowler in the Service Department also was very efficient in helping me get a CD player installed the following week. A very pleasant experience with everyone there. More

After reading through the reviews I SERIOUSLY hope you consider bringing your car to a different servicing facility for work on your car. With this being a Subaru dealership you would expect a high level consider bringing your car to a different servicing facility for work on your car. With this being a Subaru dealership you would expect a high level of expertise regarding your Subaru vehicle however that was not the case with my vehicle. I originally brought my car in for an oil change. My brake pads would need to be replaced within the next time of my oil change however I decided to replace them early. Apparently my vehicle needed new rotors even though no sign of wear was present. The technician shaved them causing a serious alarming vibration once the work was done. Unfortunately I had paid and left the dealer once the issue was found by myself. I returned expecting a solution that would not cost over $1800 additionally to the $1100 I already paid. With labor the cost would have been well over $2500. I was told that because of the technician shaving them they could not do anything and they require replacement. This leading to the $2500 with labor. With this being the dealer fault I was offered a no labor charge (only because my wife told them I was active duty when asked). So now I get to now spend an additional amount NOW to have my rotors replaced to get rid of the horrible vibration and worn beyond limits rotors that I have on my vehicle thanks to this serving department. Unfortunately I read through the reviews after my unsatisfactory service so I have to now pay the price. A complete waste of my money as well as time. The dealer held my car for over 24hrs for a oil change, tire rotation and brake pad replacement. Hopefully you all will not make the same MISTAKE as I did bringing my vehicle here. Zero stars. Will definitely spread throughout the community, both civilian and military, to beware of this place More

BRAKE FAILURE!!!!! Hanson Subaru almost caused an me to get into an accident TWICE! I took my 2014 Subaru Outback in for a recall on the emergency brake actuator. When I Hanson Subaru almost caused an me to get into an accident TWICE! I took my 2014 Subaru Outback in for a recall on the emergency brake actuator. When I received my car, there was a loud clunking sound from my rear suspension. Before I could get my car back in to get checked out MY BRAKES COMPLETELY FAILED ON ME!. Hanson recently hired a guy named Ray, Ray told me he was hired to help situations like mine. Ray and the Service Staff at Hanson were completely unapologetic about my situation and acted like my brakes going out was not that big deal. They said they'd fix their mistake and let me be on my way. I have tried several times to talk to the General Manager only to get blocked by "he just left" or "he's in a meeting". When I got my car back I had to. I expressed my concerns about how I needed to 100% feel safe in my car again and Ray ASSURED ME that I would after his techs completed it. I got my car back today and headed to Lacey just before the Pacific Ave exit my car start to violently and uncontrollably shake (I think it may have been a stuck caliper, but I. Obviously shook and angry at this point, I called Ray and told him, 30k miles in 1.5 years I have never had any issues with this car until Hanson Subaru touched it. Ray asked if I could take a Mechanic on a ride and see if I could recreate the shaking, I told him No, because when the car start to shake it was dangerous and I didn't want to be put into that situation again. I also told Ray that at this point, I am not 100% confident in the work his mechanics are doing, so if they "fix it" again, whats going to go wrong next. I even asked to have my own mechanic do the work and bill them, I was told no. Ray told me his hands were tied and there was nothing he could do and sent me on my way in a broken car that shakes violently when I'm going down the HWY. Attached are photos of my missing brake caliper after the recall work. 1st Photo is where my brake caliper is supposed to be. Second Photo is my brake caliper resting up in my suspension where Hanson Motors left it when they gave my car back. More
Horrible wait for horrible service Staggeringly long wait every single visit. I dread every visit, and will not purchase Subaru again due to the need to work with this company. Airbag recall, additional service I had to have the Takata airbag replaced in my 2013 Subaru Forester due to the recall. Besides that, I needed the battery replaced, as well as the air I had to have the Takata airbag replaced in my 2013 Subaru Forester due to the recall. Besides that, I needed the battery replaced, as well as the air filter, plus a broken back light bulb. Hanson Subaru did a great job on all those, plus, as all Subaru dealers always do during any service, a multi-point inspection was performed. More
Service Department Scammers Subaru owners beware! Avoid taking your car there for service. We brought in our 2017 Touring Outback car for service, under warranty and was charged Subaru owners beware! Avoid taking your car there for service. We brought in our 2017 Touring Outback car for service, under warranty and was charged a diagnostic fee for a service covered under warranty. They also wanted to charge me $400++for brakes to be replaced, when it falls under Subaru's wear and tear 36,000 mile warranty. I brought in my car for the 30,000 mile service and they also did not cover the wiper blades which fall under the warranty. I left there paying $500 for an oil change and tire force balance. I worked with a tech named Scott who was a borderline bully, rude and not well informed with what is covered under the 2017 Subaru warranty. We reached out via email to the service manager, Andrew who has yet responded to our questions on what exactly we paid for and what exactly was covered under warranty. I never ever thought that a Subaru dealership would double dip and treat their clients this way. We are going to file with BBB and write the State Attorney General, and continue with our reviews. We are a military family who has served for over 20 years to include 8 deployments, and this the worst service we have ever received. If the service department is allowed to conduct in this manner, I would not buy a car from Hanson. Each are a reflection on how they conduct business. More
