it was a good low hassle experience overall. appreciated the staff helping me get the deal done on a sunday night. however, had a lot of back and forth over 1mm on a the rear brakes of the vehic appreciated the staff helping me get the deal done on a sunday night. however, had a lot of back and forth over 1mm on a the rear brakes of the vehicle. used car manager did not want to replace them even though was 1mm off from Subaru's certified pre owned standards. when i brought the car to the dealer for them the verify the breaks, I never got much of an explanation. i know margins are thin, but arguing over 1mm on a break pad is pretty petty, and might as well couldve replaced them for me before i took it home. but regardless, it wasnt a bad experience.
