The reason I gave this rating is in a very large part because of Mr. Juan Aranda. I have known Juan for twelve years now. His commitment to excellence now has now wavered one iota! My wife and I had to h because of Mr. Juan Aranda. I have known Juan for twelve years now. His commitment to excellence now has now wavered one iota! My wife and I had to have some very extensive and expensive service performed on our S80. Juan patiently walked us through the process, explaining what needed to be done and why. He provided us with an estimate of how long it would take and also options to choose from. He gave us his recommendation based on the service record of the car. I rated Ontario Volvo great because of the "Outstanding" customer service of Mr. Juan Aranda! More
