I went to Open road acura of wayne with the intent to purchase the vehicle from another dealer (which I have purchased 3 prior vehicles). The day I went to this dealer ship I was over come by how nice e purchase the vehicle from another dealer (which I have purchased 3 prior vehicles). The GM and the Salesmanager were super nice and I would recomend anyone in the market for a Acura to purchase the vehicle from Open Road Acura of Wayne More

We were shopping for an Acura. Got to the point of actually deciding on buying the car that day. The General Manager came to discuss the pricing. He was not only rude but he had a very bad attitude. We are customers, there to spend money, not to be talked down to and definitely not have to take his sh_tty attitude. We immediately walked out and went to another dealer (Ramsey Acura), who not only met Wayne's prices but gave us a BETTER deal, and much much friendlier people.<br>I know Wayne Acura is bigger and has more sales, maybe that is why they are snobby and don't care for their customers.<br>I DEFINITELY WILL NOT recommend them.
