Michael it really was a bad experience. we felt like we were just a number and doing them a favor. ended up purchasing a 2008 avant fully loaded with 14700 miles on it from DCH. it was such a pleasant experience right from the start. tell Justin to look at the cars after they are detailed to see if they did a good job. as far as doing something for us? you did by the whole experience because we went to a different dealer and got a much better car! thanks!
