They did a great job with all the services. But they took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. So you have to call in, and the name of the service plan online isn't always what the receptionist sees, so communucation is convoluted. And the coffee machine was out of hot cocoa 😆 More

After getting my scheduled maintenance done, one of my tires got a new hole. This is the second time that this has happened immediately after having my car serviced. My wife had to drive 1. 5 hours for her scheduled appointment. Because orem Toyota over booked she had to wait over 3 hours to get her oil changed and she wasn't able to take 5 hours for her scheduled appointment.
