I scheduled an appointment for a safety recall. I wasn’t told that my car needed to be at 1/4 tank for them to start. That said, I would give a 1-star review, but they did fix the sensor in my bumper. All i told that my car needed to be at 1/4 tank for them to start. All in all, I wish I was informed beforehand, so I didn’t lose time at work to drop off my car and getting a ride to pick up my car. Now I have to lose more time money by taking time off of work to drop off my car to complete this safety recall. More
Recall Issue Fixed! I was very grateful to get a call yesterday, from Kyle, that the recall issue on my 2019 Toyota Avalon had been fixed. After purchasing the Certified I was very grateful to get a call yesterday, from Kyle, that the recall issue on my 2019 Toyota Avalon had been fixed. After purchasing the Certified Used car, and finding out that a recall had just been issued the month before, I decided to leave it at the dealership to await the remedy--as I wasn't comfortable driving it on the freeway. Brent Brown kindly loaned me a car for the approximately 4 months that I was without my car. Apparently the remedy for the Avalon was announced sometime last week. I appreciate Brent Brown's service center for taking care of my car so quickly, without my having to call and request it. I was also grateful for the free car wash coupon I was given, as my Avalon had been out in the elements for all of those months and was filthy. I think that if anything similar happens to me in the future, I might just keep my car in my garage--and only drive it on local roads when necessary. My paint job is just a little bit marred from having bird droppings stay on it for so long. I certainly didn't expect the dealer to constantly wash it while it was in their care. I'm just happy to finally be able to learn to use all of the features on my new car. More
