Charged for Service I Did Not Receive I was told that I was receiving routine tire rotations when the work was not actually being done. A marked tire (which was in the same place when I le I was told that I was receiving routine tire rotations when the work was not actually being done. Recall services The service at this location was great from the service desk to the shuttle driver and back. I brought my car in the morning and I had 3 recall items The service at this location was great from the service desk to the shuttle driver and back. I brought my car in the morning and I had 3 recall items that needed to be addressed and he said they would try to have it done by noon, but didnt sound confident. But since i was expecting it to take the majority of the day, that sounded great. They dropped me off at a starbucks down the road where i set up camp. But, after checking all my notifications and before i could really get into the fun stuff, they said my vehicle was done and sent the driver for me. it was hardly worth it to set up in the first place. Great work and service on all counts More
