Professional and fast service Everything was excellent. Only one problem--a big, "pain-in-the-xxx" problem. I was receiving 2-3 calls per day for a recall. Prius recall The service center somewhat met my expectations. I took my Prius in for recall work on the software system. That went as expected. However, the multi- The service center somewhat met my expectations. I took my Prius in for recall work on the software system. That went as expected. However, the multi-inspection form e-mailed to me before pick-up listed almost $1,300 worth of repair work to be done. That was totally unexpected. Tim Kosiba was especially helpful when I picked up the car. The computer system was down and he was able to work around that. He also was helpful in explaining the repair work, which I plan to have done in several appointments during the next few months. More
