Wait was too long I had a 9 o’clock appt for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an 1 hour wait. Turned out to be a 2 hour wait. Also when I got home I had a 9 o’clock appt for oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an 1 hour wait. Turned out to be a 2 hour wait. Also when I got home and reviewed the paperwork I noticed that I didn’t receive the inspection report that I normally receive. So I’m not sure if an inspection was done or not. More

2 hours for an oil change I had an appointment for an oil change, still took 2 and 20k mile inspection. It took 2 hours to get all done and out of there.
