2 hours for an oil change. I had to make my appointment 2 weeks ahead of time to ensure a saturday. Chose 9:20 am so I could make it to an 11 o clock appointment. The employee asked if we were going to wait for the car and I replied in the affirmative. At 10:35 I asked about the progress and the car apparently hadnt been touched yet. I reminded him that my children and I were waiting and that I had an appointment. They "rushed it" from there-- still took 31 more minutes. They skipped the car wash (again!) and forgot to fill my washer fluid. Of all the times I have brought my car to this location, I have ALWAYS answered yes when asked if they can wash it for me. Only once did they do it, and it was not a job well done. I have bought 2 cars from this dealer and have serviced them exclusively at this dealership. No more. It would take a lot to convince me they have their shit together. I am sure I can find other places that value my time enough to earn my business. More

Two blown out tires I hit a pothole on a Sunday morning on my way to work. I blew out two tires and needed to be towed. Toyota road side assistance Had my car towed to t I hit a pothole on a Sunday morning on my way to work. I blew out two tires and needed to be towed. Toyota road side assistance Had my car towed to the dealership. The dealership gates were locked and I was unable to leave my car there. I was upset because I then needed my car towed to my house. On Monday morning I called the dealership upset and needed my car serviced that day. They told me there was nothing they could do. I drove there and spoke to Jose in service. He was AMAZING! He told me he would do whatever he could to help get my car serviced that day even though they were booked for a week. I removed the wheels off my car and brought them in. In 3 hours, they were able to take care of me. I was so relieved and grateful for Jose going above and beyond for me. I was able to return to work that day! More

Unwanted Initially, when attempting to explain what was wrong with my car I felt I was being ignored and belittled. Admittedly, I am not a mechanic but I am an Initially, when attempting to explain what was wrong with my car I felt I was being ignored and belittled. Admittedly, I am not a mechanic but I am an educated individual and was attempting to describe my issues in a clear manner. To be over spoken and disregarded in such a way was very disrespectful. Additionally, though I know dealerships tend to be more expensive the price I was quoted was almost 3x what I was quoted elsewhere at a reputable and respected automotive chain. Very disappointed. The work that I requested was not done I took my car to Orland Toyota on 4/10/19 for services. I had requested tire rotation alone with oil change, also ask that they check my tires to see if I needed new tires. I was told that my car was given a complete inspection and that I needed my filters replaced, I told them to replace the filters. I was told by James Faciana, the service person that they changed my oil, rotated my tires, and replace my filters, I was also told that my tires were ok and I did not need new tires. I know for a fact that my tires were not rotated, now I am not sure if any of the work was done. I called Toyota on 4/12/19 ask to speak to manager and i was told no one was avaliable to speak with me. I called on today at least three times, I told the person that I wanted to speak with a manager, each time I was sent to a voice mail. I wanted them to explain how they rotated tires when they are in the same position. I am indeed very upset about this at this time and I will never take my car back there to Orland To goto in Tinley park, IL and I will share this experience with others as often as possible. More
