Torque converter service Specified shuddering and grinding noise. Service bulletin no charge however, grinding noise still apparent and tech said didn’t hear it. Dripping on exhaust pipe and fumes coming in car. Long wait to get car in to look at. Service advisor wants to charge diagnostic fee for original complaint if brought in again. Tech drove for 5 miles after repair and didn’t hear grinding noise. I heard it within a few blocks driving home. Grinding noise and shudder began close to same time in car. Both seemed to get worsened and more consistent in last two weeks. Don’t feel like fighting about it with your service department and just going through Toyota to help out. More
Long wait I waited for an oil change and tire rotation for about 3 hours. I was almost late for work so I didn’t look at the receipt, but when I got home later I waited for an oil change and tire rotation for about 3 hours. I was almost late for work so I didn’t look at the receipt, but when I got home later that night I noticed there was no oil change included. It’s first of all ridicilulous if I didn’t get an oil change when that’s what I came for and even had an appointment saying that, and even more ridiculous if I waited 3 hours for just a tire rotation. More

Car looked ransacked... After a recent recall for the sliding doors on my 2015 Sienna, I found my car looking like it had been ransacked. Everything from the middle console a After a recent recall for the sliding doors on my 2015 Sienna, I found my car looking like it had been ransacked. Everything from the middle console and seat backs was strewn about the rear of the van, as was the wheel jack and other stuff. I was not too pleased! Unfortunately I was in a hurry when I picked it up and had no time to go back in and complain... I can only assume the recall work was done properly but they certainly didn't show any respect for my car and personal items... had they told me they needed access to all that I would have cleaned it out myself... very disappointed. More
