Oil Change I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:40 on a Saturday. I got there at about 1035 and waited in the service lane for about 45 mins. When I fina I had an appointment for an oil change at 10:40 on a Saturday. I got there at about 1035 and waited in the service lane for about 45 mins. When I finally got into the service garage it looked like they only had one service advisor working. It wasn’t until I got up to it being my turn that a second one came. Also, I scheduled a regular oil change online was given the synthetic oil because my car only takes that. I figured that but it would have nice to have been told before the service was done. I was also assured that I could go 12 months or 10,000 miles but the oil sticker says 5000 or 6 months. So which is it? Overall, the employees were fine but the wait was way to long when you already have an appointment. More

Excellent overall Service was excellent overall. The only complaint which was out of their control is that I had to make two visits is to get it done. Another fortuna Service was excellent overall.
