Unsatisfied When i stopped in to toyota i came in for a tore repair for tires that i had previously purchased not long ago. I asked the gentleman who checked me in how much it would be and he told me i would only pay for taxes and labor. He estimated it to be at most $40. When i came back to pick up my total was $57 and i asked them why. They told me that i was responsible for taxes, parts and labor. I told them i wasnt aware of that and asked for them to call the gentleman that checked me in. It turned out he went home and they stated that i would have to still pay $57 and after they talked to the gentleman they would call me back the next day and give me the difference back. I have yet to hear back from them. They treated my mother and i rude and i wont buy another car there. More
Coming back Yelp was very negative aboute the service department. They realize their history is tainted so they are working hard to get their stuff together. Scheduling, drop off, shuttle home and back all went well. Had a recall air bag replaced. Assuming that part went well, won’t know till something happens, hoping it never will. Only go because of my warranty Well there are a couple issues I have. For starters every time my vehicle gets serviced, my steering wheel and door handle are filthy. The mechanic who does the change then touches up my interior with his oily hands. When I clean it afterward the the rag I use is black. Something to consider changing on their end. Also, with the “complementary car wash” they don’t even dry it. To me this is a little ridiculous. I had previously owned a Chevy and this was my first time with a Toyota. At Apple Chevy every time my car got serviced, they detailed my interior and exterior. I don’t expect the same, but at least drying the car and not filthying the inside is not unreasonable. Those are a couple things I wish you would change about your servicing department. Especially dirtying up the interior of my car. More

Used to be outstanding. Now just OK. There was a lack of information in several respects. Service agreement expired last visit. Was never advised. Never received a reminder. Some confusion about the fact the work was completed. None of this was a big issue, just not what I was used to in the past. On the plus side when leaving one of the servicemen saw me starting out and immediately helped me find my car. More
