I would 100% come back to this dealership. Even though they do not specialize in the brand of car I was looking for! I came in not interested in being bullied into buying a car or made to feel Even though they do not specialize in the brand of car I was looking for! I came in not interested in being bullied into buying a car or made to feel like I don’t know what I’m doing. Immediately when I walked in, I was already able to joke around and make a connection to everyone who worked there. My mom and I let them know what type of car we were looking for and which ones we saw that were listed, and the team jumped at getting the cars pulled around. They let us take our time thoroughly examining each car and was open-minded about scratches and defects that we pointed out. The dealership listened to us when it came down to talking about price and realistically what we believed was fair. They didn’t try to make us feel uncomfortable, but they talk to us as an equal, and we came to an agreement on a price. Also, I would like to point out that the process of talking about price, negotiation, and signing of financial documents was extremely quick! I’ve been in dealerships where it takes 5 to 6 hours to get everything negotiated with the finance team, and get everything figured out. With most dealerships you get to the point where you don’t care what is offered to you, you don’t care if you leave the car, you just want to be done and go home. Did I mention that they didn’t try to sell me on anything extra in most cases you would think that that would lose them business because they didn’t try to add on a bunch of stuff to get more of my money. But they in fact are going to get more business because I will highly recommend them. They made me feel safe and not guilted into buying something I didn’t even understand. This dealership was quick and efficient and respected our time and the long drive back home. I am definitely a fan of the company itself, but I am absolutely a fan of the employees involved. I feel like I left with friends instead of being someone’s client. I will definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family and acquaintances, who are looking for cars and an honest company to work with. More
