I made an appointment for my 2022 Wagoneer , one week in advance. The Monday Two days prior to the appointment, I received several text messages indicating the price and that in some cases I might have to d advance. The morning of my appointment, I arrived on time and was told that my service advisor was on the way. Fifteen minutes later, I was approached by my service advisor who asked if I was waiting on her. Next she asked what was the issue with the vehicle. Same issue that I adjoin the pre check-in correspondence. She then stated that my appointment was with her, and that they ONLY offer drop off services and they didn’t have any courtesy vehicles at this time. She was gracious enough to say that maybe next time they would be able to provide a courtesy vehicle. Next time? Why would there be a next time. Let me add that my appointment was scheduled via telephone. At a minimum ALL of this information should have been relayed to me so that I could have arranged for transportation back home or looked elsewhere to have my vehicle serviced. Do not buy anything from these people unless you are prepared to deal with their lies! We bought a car that we were led to believe was brand new. We get there and not only did they raise the price by $10,000, but they also promised to fix a dent and there were over 3000 miles on this supposed new car. We’ve had the car a month with promises that they would call us to get it in to get the dent fixed, but they never called, never called, never called. We finally called someone else and he was supposed to meet us down there to fix the dent. We get the car down there and he’s not even there. They had our car all day long and we go pick it up and the dent is out, but it is still marked up. The guy said he only takes the dent out. He doesn’t fix anything else. So they still hadn’t fixed it. They also only gave us one key and promised us the other one within a couple of days and we’ve yet to get our second key after a month. Ridiculous. We will never buy from this place again and we’ve bought several cars from them in the past. Not gonna happen again. More

After me driving an hour and thirty minutes from my house found all this xxxxxxxx! Left it there about 2 weeks from that they called me to go pick it up to find now there's another damage done to the factory front lip and driver side wheel brakes vents someone slammed the front of the truck with the ground and they tried giving the truck back to me like this took it home and when I found out about it took it right back to the dealer also when i look under the vehicle saw brand new oil leaking from the engine area vehicle is almost sitting for 50 days at their lot under the sun getting more damages cause they don't care about a vehicle from a customer that is worth $75k I want my truck brand new the same way I bought it and left it at the dealer for that engine failure! Also have a 2023 jeep grand cherokee that is been xxxx for me first stuff started the first week of use radio problems black screens touch screen freezing unable to react to touches taillights getting cracked literally all of them front bumper getting off by the wind from 70 to 80 mph at 27mph vehicle feels bumpy vehicles from FCALLC are trash and I want my money back or brand new trucks now! Purchased a used car (2019) from this dealership and prior to signing documents, I asked specific questions via text due to being out of state and unable to travel to the dealership. I asked if the vehicle had any damage or scratches- I was told ONE scratch. Prior to my transporter loading the vehicle in an enclosed trailer, he recorded evidence of a cracked tail light with a hole in it, sunroof seal was peeling/ cracked/ mostly gone and scratches/ dings on the body of the car and a chipped windshield. Also the car had 6 miles until empty on the gas tank. When these items were pointed out, a worker said "its a used car." I reached out to one of my sales people (Carlos) about my concerns, he blew it all off and said he would reimburse for gas. He has not reimbursed anything and has stopped responding to my text. Along with Cameron another sales person that was all over responding until the deal was done. Additionally, the vehicle is over due for service as it arrived with a warning light "service over due" and little to no brake fluid. A "reconditioning fee" of $1700 is tacked onto the sale price of the vehicle but the vehicle has not been touched. Lastly, the vehicle arrived dirty and had spills inside from the previous owner, no car mats and a 2nd key fob was to be sent but of course only one arrived with the vehicle. I have been told nothing but lies, still have yet to receive my copies of the final sales documents and management will take notes over the phone while saying that they will call me back with a resolution. NO call backs and NO resolutions have been provided. This has essentially been a scam. I would NOT recommend. More
