I went to look at a Dodge Challenger at Orlando Dodge. The salesman was professional and friendly. I was clear and upfront that I was only looking and not prepared to buy. He asked if I was ready to buy and I again advised I was not. At this point, said sales manager said you know it's the end of the month and we want to sell cars and walked away. I thought it was a pretty ignorant comment. I asked the salesman how much they were offering for my vehicle. The salesman said they wouldn't give me a price as essentially; I wasn't buying a car. Based on my experience, I absolutely would NOT recommend Orlando Dodge. Stay away! They're only concerned in profits not treating people as customers. More

The most unhinged dealership. . Found a used car for sale on their website I was interested in purchasing. Arrived to test drive and they couldn't find it, and weren't even sure th . Confused as to how they could lose a vehicle, I humored them and discussed pricing contingent upon seeing the vehicle. They were able to locate it in a locked garage on-site, saying its being fixed due to cosmetic damage, but we will have the car ready "tomorrow" for the price agreed. This is where it gets insane. Called the next day to follow up, and they tell me the car is gone, sold to auction THAT MORNING. Strange, but it is what it is. Get a call about an hour later from someone saying its there! At this point, were so confused we have no idea what's going on. After the person on the phone explains it runs and looks great, they then proceed to tell us "oh, but it has a salvage title." And that's where they lost our business. They were going to put us in a salvage title vehicle and see if we were stupid enough to fall for it, and make a quick buck on us for not knowing. They work on some shady and unhinged practices, and I wouldn't shop or recommend this dealership for any purchase. But don't worry; as we were shopping for a large 7-seat SUV, they made sure to offer us a Honda Civic instead. More
