Service Good could be better. My problem got fixed, and it was covered under warranty. If I would have left then my experience would have been 5 stars, but the service advisor told My problem got fixed, and it was covered under warranty. If I would have left then my experience would have been 5 stars, but the service advisor told me that he recommend that my 2014 Challenger with 25,000 mile should get a differential fluid change, and a brake job. my Dodge handbook says the differential fluid should be changed at 48,000 miles. And my brakes are fine. So he was trying to sell services that I didn't need. And that's why I would not recommend your service to a old woman that knows very little about cars. I called parts department about getting a back-up camera installed because the blind spots and rear seat makes backing up a bear. Parts told me my make and year can't have a back-up camera installed in it. I went to Next audio, and they scheduled me to have my camera installed next week. If you guys want to make more money instead of doing services I don't need you could have done the camera job, and made money that way. Also why can't your dealership install a Cam, and Stall converter on my car. I used to own a Mustang, and it was easy and cheap to find places that did after market work on the car. Dodge is expensive, and there is only 1 guy in Longwood that does aftermarket work on Dodge. And he is very expensive. Other than that my experience at your dealership was great. I had visited multiple dealerships before Orlando and I never got anywhere with them they didn't seem eager to sell a car and I never heard back from them. One dealership in particular almost made a deal but it fell though because of poor communication, they were knowledgeable at the very least, however at Orlando we dealt with Tim Martin and it was a breeze no haggle or hassle on price or trade-in, sales people sit out front and greet you while you walk in even one (don't know his name) said "welcome back" and remember me from earlier this afternoon when we first started looking at making a deal with the dealership, financing also was fantastic and was a breeze I got an awesome warranty and overall it was a great experience and will definitely come back and tell people how awesome this family own dealership is Nick, Jim and Tim and a few others were awesome and went above and beyond my expectations, I wasn't expecting that I would pick up a new car that quickly and so easily.
