Horrible. I thought Orlando Infiniti would be a great place to buy a used G37 based upon the online reviews. This assumption was very wrong. From the minute I w I thought Orlando Infiniti would be a great place to buy a used G37 based upon the online reviews. This assumption was very wrong. From the minute I walked in until I walked out in disgust, I was bombarded with the typical underhanded sales tactics one would expect from a used car dealer. After going through a few cars with Ricardo, the internet sales manager, we came across a 2011 G37 sedan with 30k miles and began negotiating. He was very pushy, constantly bragged about how he was the best salesperson for 5 months, and tried over and over to get me sign purchase agreements and credits applications while I repeatedly told him I was only interested in discussing price at this time. We went back and forth a few times over the price and were unable to reach an agreement. As I began to leave, he ran out of the sales floor yelling "$3000 off sticker, think about that!" I told him that I could work with that price but before I agree to anything I would like my personal mechanic (a multiple Infiniti owner) to do an underbody inspection. He agreed to this and I left to go get my mechanic. When I got back to the dealership Ricardo was already working with another customer in the lot and was showing the same car to this customer. When I asked him if we could put the car on a lift so my mechanic could take a quick look underneath, he became very upset so far as to say he felt insulted by this request and started to become verbally abusive. He stated "Look, this car has 30k miles on it, a clean carfax, and is certified pre-owned by Infiniti, we have nothing to hide, etc. We do not sell junk cars here." I told him that I understand this but carfax is not always accurate and just for peace of mind I would still like to have someone else take a very quick look underneath before I go plunking down almost $30k for a car. He then started to insult my mechanic by saying "yeah right, he doesn't own an infiniti, he doesn't know what he is doing, he has never bought a car, the service department is closed, etc." I told him I could wait until the service department opens the next day and his response was that he wasn't going to sell the car to me anymore (I guess he thought he could gouge the other potential customer for more money and that I wasn't worth his time anymore). After this confrontation I said forget it and walked away. The treatment I received from Ricardo was completely unacceptable and has turned me off from this dealer and Infiniti in general. From now on I will tell everybody I know to stay far away from this dealer if they are looking to buy an Infiniti. More

I had visited the dealership to return the lease on my G37 convertible on 12/26/31. I have done 3 leases with Orlando Infiniti but this was my first interaction with Joel. I had not planned on getting an G37 convertible on 12/26/31. I have done 3 leases with Orlando Infiniti but this was my first interaction with Joel. I had not planned on getting another lease because I still had another Infiniti that I just had picked up from the service department with a few more months on its lease. However, because Joel is an exceptional sales and service professional, he asked me a few key questions and discovered that the QX80 was on my wife's wishlist and that we planned to get that car when my other lease term ended. Within 3 hours, Joel helped me make one of her wishes come true by finding a way to terminate my other lease so I could get my wife the QX80. When my wife saw her "Surprise" with the Red Bow in the driveway just like on the commercials, her tears of happiness reinforced that Joel helped me do something wonderful for someone who is very special to me. This would not have happened if Joel didn't ask me the right questions and done such an exceptional job. Sometimes people think buying a car is just about purchasing or leasing a vehicle. Joel helped me make one of the greatest holiday memories for me and my family. To Joel and Orlando Infiniti - "Thanks for the memories!" More

Axel Machin called me one afternoon after I expressed interest in leasing a G37 Coupe. I was in a pretty deep negative equity situation with my previous car and he was able to help me get out of my old v interest in leasing a G37 Coupe. I came in last week to look ata the new Q50 and I was introduced to Axel Machin. He was very informative and knowledgable on the car. I showed me how everyting worked and all the programs available. Even when I told Axel I was not buying until mid of next year cause I was in a lease with my Hyundai Genesis, he still took his time and gave me superb customer service.
