Superb Service for the "Other car" I own a 2014 Infiniti Q50S (my 6th Infiniti) and a 2015 Corvette Stingray. I asked Sara Morris about the nitrogen in the tires during my last Q50S se I own a 2014 Infiniti Q50S (my 6th Infiniti) and a 2015 Corvette Stingray. I asked Sara Morris about the nitrogen in the tires during my last Q50S service visit. She said it would not be a problem to put nitrogen in the Corvette tires, just come by and it can be done in 30-45 minutes. I stopped by Today, we did the necessary paper work and my Corvette was taken back to the Service area. It was all completed as promised . Sara 's commitment to her customer's is exemplary. She gives 110% whether I have my beautiful Infinity or , now, my sharp looking Corvette. Thank You Sara.. Thank you Orlando Infiniti!! More

I'm in my 60's and have purchased a few cars over the years and dealing with David and Infinity of Orlando was the most pleasant buying experience I've ever had, bar none! I've already recommended David to my neighbor whose is interested in a newer car for his wife. While we were at the dealership my wife's shoe broke and while he certainly didn't have to, David took her shoe to the shop and fixed it! To me that's going above and beyond! He talked to me like a normal human. This guy actually made me feel good about dropping thousands of dollars on a car. Financing department was just as nice and down to earth. To make a long story short the feeling I had after the purchase was that of a person being taken advantage of, so I promised myself I would never purchase another vehicle from Orlando Infiniti. Fast forward to Jan 2015 and I received a call asking me to come in and see if I would be interested in upgrading. I spoke to Dylan in a not so friendly manner with a determination of letting him know how displeased I was. He let me vent without interruption then told me he understood my position and let me know that if I changed my mind he would be very happy to assist in trying to remedy the situation. I decided to keep my appointment and see what Dylan could do. He was very concerned, attentive, sincere and determined to make my visit a pleasant one. I left that day without any pressure to buy or commit and I told Dylan I would be in touch if I decided to purchase a vehicle. There were no phone calls pressuring me to come back however I received a nice e-mail from him stating how much of a pleasure it was trying to help me and if I had any question he was available to assist. I can honestly say the couple of times I did call, he either answered his phone or called me back within minutes of my message. I then decided to visit again and this time I walked out with a new vehicle. Dylan and the entire group that worked with me made it easy and painless. This experience has renewed my confidence with Orlando Infiniti and I hope that if I'm ever in the market to purchase again I won't hesitate to ask for Dylan again. Thanks for everything. More
Poor Service We recently had numerous repairs conducted on our G-35 before our daughter returned to college with the vehicle. The car still leaks oil, washer tank We recently had numerous repairs conducted on our G-35 before our daughter returned to college with the vehicle. The car still leaks oil, washer tank still leaks, and the drive belts do not look as if they were replaced. We were told all repairs were conducted completely but that does not appear to be the case. Our daughter sent a video of the car making a weird rattling noise and after it was checked it turns out the bolts on the heat shield were not tightened after repairs. We did not have this problem when we initially dropped the car off for service. I do not enjoy paying for expensive service that is not accurately diagnosed and repaired. More
