This is the first time I leased an Infiniti G37 Coupe. I traded in my BMW and I have been very pleased with the handling of the G37. From the time we pulled up to the dealership we knew we were about to experience something special. They had their line up of cars all strategically placed, all in the same color and it absolutley made a s were about to experience something special. When we walked inside, the lobby was warm and friendly and again they had their lineup of cars all in Black a contrast from what you observed when you pulled up outside. The salesman was extremely knowledgable of all the products and since I had already shopped around I asked about how his product compared to another brand. His answer was honest and appreciated. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy the car today which was something I was not used to since I have a lot of experience buying cars. The time we spent selecting the right car and all through purchasing process was different from all the other cars I have purchased. You normally go into a small office or are required to sit at a small table out in the open to negotiate back and forth between an unknown party in another office. This purchase took less time than any other car purchase I have made in 40 years. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. They offered a new owners car clinic about a month after we purchased the car and it was a first clase event. The salesman even offered to come to me about two weeks after our purchase to go over some of the new technology that this vehicle comes with. This is something that nobody else has ever offered to do. So would I go back to buy another vehicle from this dealership? ABSOLUTELY!!! More

This time I decided to wait for my G35 to be serviced and they took me across to the Mall at Millenia where I had a wonderful time. They told me to call when I was finished shopping and they would send the driver to pick me up. A young man from the dealership, his name was Chris, picked me up and brought me back to the service drive where Sara had my car all cleaned and ready to go. Great job again! More

To date Orlando Infiniti has damaged my vehicle, not fixed issues that were supposed to be fixed, and not performed service that was supposed to be performed. Great shop to buy from, but save yourself dollars and use only for warranty work. Take it to Nissan or an independent for service - they're quality of service is far sub par. They'll "wash" your car, but it'll still be dirty. ve given Orlando Infiniti far too many chances to redeem themselves, it's over - our relationship has ended. My warranty is about up (thank God) and from now on service is being done at Nissan dealerhsips. They're not as fancy inside, but their service is superior - which I still find amazing, but it's my experience. More
