Two vehicle purchase I initially began looking online at used Jeep Wrangler. and after inquiring about one I was contacted by Lizzie at Orr Nissan. Lizzie sent me a text a I initially began looking online at used Jeep Wrangler. and after inquiring about one I was contacted by Lizzie at Orr Nissan. Lizzie sent me a text asking if I needed any help. My husband and I were both looking for new vehicles and we found both a 2018 Chevy Silverado and a 2017 Unlimited Wrangler. On a Saturday morning at 8 am I texted Lizzie letting her know we would like to come in for a look. She immediately texted me back and set us up with Heather Snow at the Nissan Orr dealership. We first worked on the trade for the Wrangler and I was pleased with how quickly the transaction was going. Heather was easy to work with, personable and listened to our questions. Before we finalized the deal on the Jeep we wanted to look at the Silverado at Nissan Chevrolet and understand what our trade would look like on that before we made any commitments to purchase either vehicle. We had seen the Silverado on line for approx. $41,000. The picture on line had "add-ons" which included tires and wheels and step bars among other things. We found the Silverado on the showroom floor and while we were looking at it Heather went to her floor manager to start working on the trade. She immediately came back and told us the price online did not include the "add ons" and that the actual price was $46,000. We showed her the picture online which showed the exact same truck with the exact same add ons for a lower price. This was extremely frustrating and my husband and I both felt that we had been baited with a lower price online. It is these exact tactics that push us away from working with dealerships. Heather Snow was very patient with us as we tried to work on a deal to bring the truck down to the value in which it was listed online. The situation was no fault to Heather and we appretiated her working with us. We were able to reach a deal and moved forward with the purchase of both the wrangler and the Silverado. Thanks again to Heather who spent an ENTIRE day with us. She was easy to talk with and kept us company while we waited for all of the paperwork. More
