Totally unprepared Due to the issues of my 2006 Cadillac CTS it came to the place of trading it in or investing more money so I traded it in. I was upset I didn't get mo Due to the issues of my 2006 Cadillac CTS it came to the place of trading it in or investing more money so I traded it in. I was upset I didn't get more than $600 for the trade-in and would have liked to have gotten at least $1000. Thankfully, Blake Gentry was my salesperson. He was kind enough to get the service manager to explain how their service department worked which put me at a bit more ease. Blake took everything I told him and found the appropriate car to fit my needs. Not only that, he was able to make the experience less stressful which was quite an achievement with my state of mind. I would gladly recommend Blake as a salesperson. I am hopeful the service department will be there for me when it is needed. More
