Our salesman, Jay Wilson, did a terrific job of explaining the different models and their various features. He was able to answer all our questions without having to refer to a manual or get assistance from anyone. He also provided very accurate details on the warranty and even the purchase options and costs. It was good to meet someone who obviously studies his products. The actual purchase was handled by Tyler Bratcher, the business manager, and that too was a pleasant experience. Tyler knows his stuff and is very well-versed in the various options and suggested payment options and their effect on the overall costs to the customer. There was absolutely no pressure put on us by Jay and Tyler. My wife and I got the impression that this is a very well managed operation. The staff appeared to be a happy group, which I know from experience comes from good management. We would recommend a visit to Ourisman Kia to anyone interested in buying a new car. More

We were looking to either lease a car for my teenager or buy a new car for my wife. Billy and Caroline were great and patient with all the different cars and options to choose from. In the end we decided on a new Wolf Grey Telluride for the wife and my teenager gets the wife's old car. The Telluride is super cool. Very comfy and sweet looking. Electronics galore. Maybe 10+ electronic charging stations all over the car so my kiddoes are very happy. Very smooth with paperwork, tags and driving car off the lot. More

I get really anxious in these situations and those who helped me (Caroline sales, Billy management, Tyler finance, and Brianna explained all the utilities and buttons, ) were beyond amazing! They made my experience the best it could have been and I am so glad that I went to this location as they bring the best car buying experience you can get. I should have posted this 2 years ago when we bought our first car and then our 2nd a month later, but life gets in the way and I kept putting it off. So here we are again, now trading in our first used 2015 Kia Sorento to lease a brand new one. When we bought our cars in 2018 Tyler Bratcher was our salesman. He knows his stuff and I was very impressed. I can't say enough about how great he was from the beginning to the end. When it was time to trade in back in September, we called Tyler to let him know and although he was going to be busy, he made sure that he had someone else lined up to help us, Elisa Pena, but also said that he would be available for the financing part once we decided what we were going to do. Elisa was great, patient and was so kind as we went back and forth looking at different cars. You can't go wrong with working with either one of them. I don't think I would ever buy a car from anywhere or anyone else, unless Tyler changes dealerships (lol) More
