We had planned to just look here at the Forte S and then go to other lots as well to look at other cars that we had researched online in the same class of cars. Quinton Jones did a great job in showing us different colors and models available while explaining the different packages available. One thing that we appreciated is that he listened to what we were looking for and didn't try to "push" additional packages onto us just to make more money on a sale! He did make "suggestions" based on what we were looking for but we appreciated that we didn't feel that he was being pushy in trying to make an extra buck! He also shared information about himself and his experiences which showed that he was knowledgeable and that he had our best interest in mind and we didn't get the feeling that he was in it only for the "sale" which made him a good salesman. He was very good about doing what he could about not letting us leave to go look at those other lots including getting us water, taking us for a test drive, and getting Ben Bruanstien involved (which is someone we worked with in the past on the Kia Optima purchase). They were able to give us a great trade in for our Kia Sedona. We were once again impressed with the service the Ourisman Chantilly Kia provided in the purchase of our 2017 Kia Forte S on June 23, 2017! Thanks again! More

Zach Mey My wife and I came to the dealership 15 minutes prior to closing on a Friday night looking to do a simple test drive and leave for the night. Zach Meyer and the general manager Christopher Bell were patience and fun to interact with during the experience. They did not mind staying late to test drive, show us options, and work on finance options. Never felt pressured to make the deal. In the end, my wife and I drove away in 1 hour and 15 minutes as new owners of a Sportage! The fastest I have ever bought a car and truly enjoyed the experience. More

I said I would be able to get there on Friday AM but due to conflicts was not able to get there until Saturday late PM. I let him know I was coming and when my schedule changed I kept him informed. He waited for me to show and helped me get through the paperwork with minimal hassle and delay. Speaking of paperwork, kudos to Ben Braunstein too. Thorough, efficient, open and honest. I hate the paperwork associated with buying a new car, but Ben made it super easy, absolutely as painless I have ever experienced. That said, Jordan is the super star here, he made it end-to-end an easy experience. Would I buy a car for him again? You bet I would. My friends ask why I went to and bought a car from Virginia. After doing an "apple to apples" comparison and including tax, title, dealer options and dealer document fees, he saved me $1000's over what I could buy a car for locally, so it was worth the trip for me.
