Farooq did follow up with a phone call to see if we had any questions at the time we did not. A few days before going back to Ourisman Chantilly Kia I emailed Farooq with some questions and he answered right away. On the day of purchasing our new Kia we met Farooq and his co workers Ben, Derek and General Manager Billy all were very Professional and helpful. She recommended coming here because her sister bought her car from here years ago. Zack Myers Approached us as we were looking around the lot, politely introduced himself, and asked if we needed any help. At first, I was kind of being a xxxxxx bag, I'll admit( sorry Zack), but he did not fret, or hesitate to make sure our experience would be awesome. You could tell he was genuine, and really just wanted her to make sure she got a car she liked/loved. We said, we wanted to look to see what the other dealerships had, and he did not pressure us to stay, or bad mouth the competition. He was very helpful, assuring, personable, and courteous. Andrew White in finance was just as great, and made the closing a smooth transition. He did not try to pressure us into buying extra warranties, and coverage; he simply gave us the information, made sure we understood, and left it up to us to make the decision. I cannot say the same about other dealerships. I know I am writing a lot, and nobody is going to read all this, but I cannot show my appreciation with such little words. Bottom line the atmosphere is welcoming, the employees have good a good energy, and vibe. It was a stress free, hassle free, and xxxxxxxx free experience. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a Kia, or a used vehicle from this dealership!!! thank you!!!! More

Just had a great car buying experience My wife and I went in to Ourisman Kia on Saturday to look at the new Kia Niro. I had made an appointment with Crystal Mullins-Kerns for 9 AM and when My wife and I went in to Ourisman Kia on Saturday to look at the new Kia Niro. I had made an appointment with Crystal Mullins-Kerns for 9 AM and when I arrived Ashlee Reynolds had three different Niros lined up outside for me to try. After a nice, long test drive (in a car with a full tank of gas - not barely on fumes like so many other car dealers do), I took another one for a short drive and we settled on one that had all of the options and the color I wanted. Ourisman had a great selection available and I did not have to settle on a "second choice." Ashlee was pleasant, knowledgable, and most importantly, low-key - no pressure. When I asked about pricing, Chris Bell, the Sales Manager, presented me with all of the different lease and purchase options and worked with me to get a down payment and monthly payment arrangement that I was happy with - again - no pressure! Just friendly, and thorough explanations - and he even gave me a better price than the Tru Car Certificate that I came in with. Derek Boateng in Financing walked me through all of the paperwork and again I want to stress that there was no pressure to buy any options, warranties, etc. He did present them to me, but when I turned them down, no worries and we moved on. After the sale, Derek Ice sat down in the car with me and explained how everything worked. Because my wife had another appointment, we came back a couple hours later so that she could sign papers and since Derek was with another customer, Andrew White helped her immediately. Afterwards, Derek once again took the time to explain everything in the vehicle to my wife. Over-all, it was a great car-buying experience. More

Quinton Jones was my sales associate and he went over and above to make sure I walked out with what I not only wanted, but what I needed. Chris Bell, who is the sales manager, was fun and very helpful. He worked with me over email even on his day off. Derek Boateng was my finance officer and he was personable and quick to get me through the process. I've already recommended friends to go see them when they want to buy a new car. Now they asked me to bring my vehicle to program new key. Such a lame. If you really want to buy a car here, DONT SPEAK WITH "TAJ". That is my recommendation. More

Quinton, Crystal, Ben, Derick, Andrew and others helped me to trade up from my 2012 Kia Soul to my beautiful new 2017 Kia Soul. The trade in offer for my car was so fair that I didn't bother getting an appraisal at CarMax. I did one stop shopping at Ourisman. I did not feel pressured at all at any point in the sales process. Quinton was a pleasure to work with. I also really appreciate the customer focused care that Ben gave me. Please don't bother with Dulles Kia....unless you like being treated like a stale piece of toast! If you want an honest and friendly team to help you with your car acquisition needs, Ourisman is the way to go. More
