I've loved the little Kia Soul since I saw it in the Hamster commercials and always said I would get that car next. I walked in to the showroom and was immediately greeted by David Kim. He was patient and listed to exactly what I was looking for - he was just as exited as I was for my first time car buying experience! It was a ridiculously hot day but he didn't let that stop him from showing me the entire fleet of Soul's and explaining, in detail, the differences in each model. Once we decided on one, the process afterwords was painless. Everything from picking the car, working on the details in finance, signing on the line and ringing the celebratory gong was so easy - I felt comfortable and well educated in my decision. Silvia Aviles, Emmad Sherdel, Christopher Bell and Billy Brown were also great! The whole team here is just fantastic. I would highly recommend! More

At first the dealership did not have what I was looking for. David contacted me a few short hours after I left the showroom to inform me he found what I wanted. He worked diligently to help finalized the sale (with Billy Brown, the General Manager) and then worked even harder to assure the vehicle was meticulously prepped and ready for delivery. I have been in the Quality Assurance arena for nearly 40 years, now retired. What I encountered was an employee with a total commitment to customer satisfaction. Jordan, our sales rep, was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable and we really felt like he was on our side and working hard to get us the best deal possible. We so appreciated that Jeff, the general manager, took the time to meet us as well and answer questions; it is clear that he expects high quality service from his staff and he exemplifies that in every way. Erin Hobson, our financial rep, did an excellent job helping us finance the car and making sure we understood all of our options. We definitely got the biggest bang for our buck with Kia and would definitely buy from them again! We love our new car! More

Not only did they give me the price I asked for but they also gave me a fair price on my trade not like those classless guys at Koons Ford in Sterling Va, if you want to be treated right do not waste your time going to Koons Ford in Sterling Va. It is a sad day when you can not buy a Ford from a Ford dealership. The sales manager Chris and my salesman David made sure that my explorer was clean and ready to take home the next day when I returned to purchase it. I can truly say that it was the best purchasing experience I have ever had and I have bought more than my share of cars. I have to admit I started my purchase experience out at Battlefield Ford in Manassas they played the pricing game bad move, next was Ted Britt Ford they didn't think I was a serious buyer only to call me the day that I purchased to say now that they know I am serious they are ready to make a deal really! I told them from day one that I had my funding secured from my credit union all I needed was a fair offer for my trade yet that somehow means I am not a serious customer. Which leads me back to Ourisman Chantilly Kia the place where you can buy Kia or a great like new car not used because my Ford Explorer is like new and I find it great and funny that all the Ford dealerships in the area were so caught up in the business of sales that they they forgot how to actually do business and treat a customer like more than just a number on sales board that they have to meet. If you want to be treated right and most people do then think outside the box give this place a try I am sure you will leave with the car you want and a smile on your face and a better feeling about purchasing a car from a dealership. I know my family and I will be buying our cars from here as long as this location is in business and I have a feeling that if they keep giving customers the type of service that they gave me that should be a very,very, very long TIME! Our salesman, David Kim, was so knowledgeable about the vehicles in stock, he asked all the right questions to match us with the right choices. This was our daughter's first car buying experience and he matched her perfectly with a great red Rio! The sales Manager, Chris Bell, explained her buying options in great detail, and gave her a price that fit her budget perfectly. And Emmad Sherdel in the finance department worked to get her a better financing deal than her bank had offered. He also helped her secure immediate insurance so she could drive her new car off the lot that day! We also found a very unique Soul that my husband and I purchased the same day. David showed us several choices and took us on 3 test drives, again to be sure that we got the vehicles that were perfect for us. I typically dread buying a new car because of the pressure sales tactics, and confusing pricing. At Ourisman Kia, we experienced none of that, they make car buying the fun and exciting experience it should be, with their friendly and open attitude. They explained the car price in detail and we bought well below the MSRP on both vehicles! When we left they said "welcome to the Kia family again!" and I felt like we were part of a special group of individuals who do care about meeting our needs and providing the best in customer service possible. On the way home in our new Soul I got a call on my cell that we needed to return to the dealership, because they had another $500.00 rebate they found that they could offer us, REALLY! If you want a great car that's reliable and fun to drive, buy a Kia, we have a 2010 Forte Koup and a 2015 Soul and we traded in a 2006 Sedona that was still running strong with 106,000 miles. Although the it was a long day in finalizing things, the team did a great job in listening to my concerns and finding a way to meet my budget needs.
