They are knowledgeable but if they don't know an answer to your question they will find the answer for you The place itself is fairly new and very tech oriented They are all willing to go that extra mile to see that your experience is pleasant. If there was anything I might be weary of would be the time it takes to do the servicing but they want to be through and so they take whatever it takes time wise to make sure everything is done right and if you purchase your vehicle there you could always get a loaner vehicle if you can't wait. She was knowledgeable, and was great to work with. She helped with all my questions and made the process very easy. Chris was incredibly helpful too. They have a large selection of cars and I had actually printed out the car I found online. Ben Braunstein was the sales consultant that helped me find the car. He was great! Very funny and made the experience fun, and not stressful at all. The company worked with us on pricing and we ended up getting a new 2014 Kia Optima that day. Great service, and the car was ready for me by the time we finished all the paperwork. I would recommend this dealership and sales consultant to anyone looking for a car. More
