I bought a service package for 900 that the salesman said covered “all maintenance for 3 years or 36000 miles”. I am at fault for not looking further, but this turned out to be 4 oil changes which I waited 3 covered “all maintenance for 3 years or 36000 miles”. I am at fault for not looking further, but this turned out to be 4 oil changes which I waited 3 hours each for. Once they did not fill fluids. I would never use this place for service. More

This is the 3rd car I have bought from Ourisman Kia and there is a reason I keep coming back. After my fairly new Kia was totaled by a distracted driver, I searched for replacement. Frankly, nothing exci there is a reason I keep coming back. After my fairly new Kia was totaled by a distracted driver, I searched for replacement. Frankly, nothing excited me and frankly this isn't a good time to buy a car (new or used). After hitting several dealerships and looking at a variety of vehicles, I went back to Ourisman Kia to see what they had. We had previously bought 2 new cars from here on the same day and were very happy with the deal and the overall experience. They didn't disappoint this time around. Having worked in the auto industry for several years, I understand a dealership has to make money but they don't have get rich on very sale. This was completely a no pressure deal and I really liked the Seltos on the floor. In under 2 hours I was driving out with my new care, an excellent deal, and great financing. Our Salesman Jimmy Myers was easy to deal with and Tyler is a rock star. I'll be back again but hopefully not because my new car was wrecked. More
