Why would I come back to have my car serviced at a place I did not buy it at because of your sales tactics. I am sticking with Browns Kia for everything else and I am going to purchase a 2014 Optima from them when it is released. If it wasn't for Chris Bell I would have bought a car that night. Your sales man Jimmy is great. I feel bad that Jimmy did not get my business, but I guess that's how it goes. Buying a car does not have to be as painful as Oursman Kia makes it to be. There are a lot of dealers in the area and I found mine. I will be telling all my friends to stay clear of your dealership.
