I made the appoin I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received here. It all started when I called to make my appointment for an oil change. I made the appointment for 7am and asked the woman how long it would take, she replied about 30 minutes to an hour. I thought that would work out fine since I had to be at work at 8:15. However when I arrived for my appointment I was told that the car would be ready around 9:30. I questioned this saying that I was told it would only take an hour. The guy told me that although I was dropping my car off at 7 no one came in to actually work on it till 8. He never once apologized for the confusion just simply asked if I wanted to reschedule. I angrily drove out prepared to leave but I decided to leave my car and take a cab to work since I really really needed the oil change done that day. I drove back around and encountered a different emoloyee who did at least apologize for the mix up and left my car with him. At about 2 pm I recieved a voicemail telling me that my car was ready and that they had applied a discount and washed my car as a courtesy. When I arrived to pick up my car I noticed that the discount that was applied was the same one they had advertised online, so no real discount there. Then when I went out to my car I noticed that it had not been washed as the man said it would be, which by itself would not be a problem but combined with the other things I left very frustrated and disappointed. I will not be returning to this dealership and I will be sure to tell anyone I hear mention this place not to go there either. To me this shows that no one here can be trusted to disclose important information or to follow through with promises you make. And if I can't trust you to wash my car when you've stated that you would, how can I trust you to fix important issues with my car. And that for me is the biggest problem. More

Waste of time I had a 1:30 appointment with Jeff Johnson. He did not show up until 2pm. While waiting a customer suggested I try the Chevrolet dealership in Tysons. I had a 1:30 appointment with Jeff Johnson. He did not show up until 2pm. While waiting a customer suggested I try the Chevrolet dealership in Tysons. So during my wait I scheduled a service appointment with them. Needless to say I don't plan on returning to this location. And their prices are not competitive for an oil change. More

Unorganized , Made an appointment for 11:00 for an oil change. 3 hours later I inquired as to what was taking so long and they had not even started. Unorganized , they offered me a free detail to compensate my time, but I don't want to go back. If the oil change took 3 hours and 40 minutes, I would be there all day. They didn't wash my car and washed everyone else's. Maybe it was because I didn't buy it there. Just moved to the area. Lesson learned More
Embarrassment to other 1-star rating recipients This service department was: 1.) Highly unorganized- There is not an easy way to get in contact with a service representative neither on the phone This service department was: 1.) Highly unorganized- There is not an easy way to get in contact with a service representative neither on the phone or in-person; I set an appointment and there were still multiple people waiting in front of me in line; it took the service department 2.5 hours to do an oil change. 2.) Unprofessional - No one greets you upon your arrival, (8) different employees walked right past me without greeting or asking me if I needed assistance; despite me providing the service representative with my phone number as they requested, so they could notify me if/when things arise I never received a call or notification. I went into the service bay and the representative jumped up and said "Oh your car is ready." This kind of thing should never happen. An oil change should never take that long, there should be a specific person handling that service. After such poor service and treatment I was so uncomfortable that I checked the oil myself to ensure that the service was done. I'm not even sure if they rotated the tires as they stated they did. Is there a way that I could possibly go to another dealer? I had a difficult enough time purchasing the vehicle that I preferred when the sales manager kept spewing negative things throughout the purchase process. I honestly think I drastically overpaid for this vehicle for all of the things I went through. If not for Rich Brown I would NEVER have purchased that vehicle, and I wont refer this dealer to anyone. Giving them a 1-star rating is an embarrassment to other 1-star rating recipients. Hameed is THE WORST REPRESENTATION OF AN EMPLOYEE I HAVE EVER SEEN. More
I loved the customer service at Ourisman. We're a military family and we move often. This is by far the best, most professional dealership I've experienced so far. The price was unbeatable, the staff military family and we move often. This is by far the best, most professional dealership I've experienced so far. The price was unbeatable, the staff was friendly and there was a complimentary coffee station. My car sounds GREAT again, so THANK YOU to Mr. Slaughter and his team for getting my vehicle taken care of in such a timely fashion. More
We cannot say enough about the professionalism and great customer service we received from Darryl Wyre. He was friendly, never pushed and listened to our needs. He worked the best possible deal for us and w customer service we received from Darryl Wyre. He was friendly, never pushed and listened to our needs. He worked the best possible deal for us and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. We bought a new 2014 Chevy Volt and just brought it home. The other members of the support team from customer service and finance were also terrific. We highly recommend Darryl and this dealership! More
My baby, one of the first 5 Gen Camaro’s to come off the My baby, one of the first 5 Gen Camaro’s to come off the assembly line, needed some help with a erratic engine idle brought on by a fuel injection c My baby, one of the first 5 Gen Camaro’s to come off the assembly line, needed some help with a erratic engine idle brought on by a fuel injection cleaning service performed by another repair facility. I also had a number of other issues the dealer I purchased the car from was unable to properly diagnose Mike in service (for whom I had contacted a couple weeks earlier about servicing my 2008 Buick Enclave) said he believed they would reprogram the fuel injection system with minimal effort and get it right where it needs to be again. Upon Arrival Mike brought out James a technician who did not take long to attain my confidence (not easy coming from a mechanical Engineer that had written off the service dept from the dealer he bought the car at) . We discussed what the car was doing , i.e. idling high which cost me at least 2 mpg, and requiring more firm brake to hold it back at a light. I also provided a list of other items that had cropped up with the other dealer. One was a rear end noise that had been going on for about a year now and my least dealer charged me $160 to fix, but didn’t. Fast forward one day later. The car idles smooth and right where it should. James provided me the service bulletin that hit the rear end noise to a tee. I don’t know why my previous dealer insisted on doing a axle lube service (oh yea, its one of those high markup items then they figured they should squeeze in, even though it was not needed till 100k miles and I only had 50k on the car) Anyway, I have an apt to go in for further work, but I needed to get some problems ironed out on the Buick first. They have earned my confidence, and now they are working on my Buick (probably for a later update) More

The Service Managers even worked w worked tirelessly to find a solution to a myriad of Toyota issues with my Pontiac Vibe, a Corolla in GM clothing. The Service Managers even worked with GM Customer Service to ensure that my intermittent issue with my bendix gear inside the AC Delco starter would be fixed by GM even after my warranty had run out. The entire team worked hard to familiarize themselves with Toyota's bulletins in order to pinpoint the exact problem. In fact, the mechanics were able to obtain a Denso (Toyota) starter for my car to replace the intermittently failing AC Delco starter to ensure I won't have any future issues with the bendix gear. I took my car for repair to the shop to find out a leak under a hood. I had 8 AM appointment and they asked me that I would have to leave my car there for them to diagnostic problem and they got back to me under a hood. I had 8 AM appointment and they asked me that I would have to leave my car there for them to diagnostic problem and they got back to me at 3 PM. They told me there is no leak and that they have checked the pressure for everything including radiator fluid and power steering fluid. They charged me for one hour of labour. I went home and the next week I find the same leak on the floor of my garage. the viscosity of the fluid tells me that it is some sort of oil. I went back to the shop and told them that it is some sort of oil leak because my power steering was sluggish so I told them that it might be power steering fluid. They told me it's already 1 PM they will get to my car later in the day or the first thing in the morning and that I have to leave my car again. I Called the next day around 2 o'clock and asked if they have diagnosed the problem and they said we haven't even got to your car yet. They told me that they will get to it very soon and tell me what the problem is. Half an hour later I get a phone call from the dealership and they said your water pump is broken and it'll cost $1400 to replace it. The water pump for my car cost about $230. And they wanted to charge me $1400. I told them Please don't do anything and I will pick up my car shortly. When I brought the car home this time I found a scratch near my door which was not there before they left my car and it was really dirty. Didn't even offer me a courtesy car wash. I took my car to another mechanic and they told me that a power steering hose was leaking. They charged me hundred bucks to fix it within an hour. And I have not seen the leak on my floor since then. I would not trust these clowns anymore. I will never ever go back to this dealership anymore. They have really bad customer service and they are ripoff. More
