I brought my used vehicle March 3, 2024. After two weeks of driving it my service light came on. I was unable to get an appointment until 4/1/2024. I was not provided a loaner vehicle until they realized they made an error on my claim after two weeks of my vehicle being with them. My vehicle was and is still just sitting on their lot with no work being done on it. Since then my service rep had been fired for mishandling claims. My new service rep, Destiny has not contacted me not once. I do not receive any updates and have not talked to anyone in a month. The only communication I am getting is from GMC only because I had to contact them to get them involved because the service department lacks the capability of communicating with customers and repairing my vehicle. I am paying on a vehicle that I do not have and only drove in for a month. The tags on my loaner are expiring and no one is calling me back or helping when I call. When I ask for the supervisor he is unavailable. In addition every time that I am put on hold the call drops and they do not call back. This is the worst car buying experience ever. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION OR USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT. July 1st will make THREE MONTHS that they had my car. I am convinced they do not check their vehicles before putting them up for sale and that is why i am in the situation I'm in now. These people do not care if they did you wrong and only care about you spending their money with them. More

I had a service contract with rosehthal chevroloet in annandale vA the dealer ship closed so i took it too Alexandria dealership and ask them do they honor contract and i was told yes first service was d annandale vA the dealer ship closed so i took it too Alexandria dealership and ask them do they honor contract and i was told yes first service was done and they didnot charge me on second one they said they made a mistake and will charge me adter the service was performed and when i inquired i was guided to a manager who said you signed a paper when you come in and now you are lying i did not remember as i was in a hurry dropping car and didnot even read it thought it was just to authorize service as i trust Chevrolet dealership not be cheap enough for 150 dollars .But to my surprise this manager who i didnot even asked for said you disturbed me on my day off and was very aggressive, so instead of escalating i told the sales rep take the money and get over with it. The manager again called her to pick up fight with me despite she told him that get over with it .I am surprized why i was treated like this if i can own a Tahoe i can pay for oil change too its a matter of principle not money. And i do commend the sales rep throughout she was very professional and non confrontational.Having said so i would never visit this dealership due to hostile behavior on just $120. More

Do not bring your car to their service department. Their service representativies are not managed and they can do what ever they want. When I contacted the warranty company directly, I was told that they have difficulty communicating with this dealership and they are not very responsive. NO KIDDING. They still have my car and I can not get the service manager to call me. The representative lied to me about what was really going on because he did not do his job and I have been begging for rides for a month or renting as car to get to work.
